What happens when your account is made Dormant?
When an account becomes dormant - your shares will remain in North Midlands Credit Union and will continue to earn dividend on an annual basis.
You will not be able to transact until your ID and proof of address has been updated and you make at least one transaction. This can be done in ANY of our branches, so why not pop into your nearest branch today - or tomorrow - or whenever you can.
Please be assured that your account will not be closed.
