North Midlands Credit Union – Primary Schools Quiz
The primary schools quiz is one of our biggest events in the credit union calendar and we are delighted with how successful it is and hope 2025 proves successful also!!
Due to now having 75 primary schools in our common bond area and with space constraints in venues, we deemed it necessary to hold two quizzes over two nights.
- Our Longford Quiz – Friday 7th February 2025 in “The Mall” in Longford
- Our Mullingar Quiz – Monday 10th February 2025 in the Mullingar Park Hotel
As in previous years the competitions will have two age group categories as follows:
Competition A – Entrants must not have reached their 11th birthday by 31st December 2024
Competition B – Entrants must not have reached their 13th birthday by 31st December 2024
The quiz format is that of a Table Quiz with each team consisting of 4 children.
Due to space constraints the maximum number of teams per school is limited to 2.
Please return the completed Team Entry Form on or before Friday 31st January 2025 to youthaffairs@northmidlandscu.ie or a printed hard copy if you wish to your nearest branch. No entries will be accepted after this date and only teams who have submitted their entry forms may partake on the night.
North Midlands Credit Union will present prizes to the top three teams in each category on the night.
The winning team in each category will go forward to represent North Midlands Credit Union in the Regional Chapter Final and the winners and runners-up from that stage will qualify for the National Finals, which will take place in Dublin later in the year.
